The health and wellbeing of every guest is our top priority.
To ensure a safe environment, all dogs visiting The Barkery & Brews must have their core vaccinations up to date before using our boarding, daycare, grooming, or swimming facilities.
For boarding stays, we also require protection against DHPPi/DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella).
If you’re unsure about your dog’s vaccination schedule, don’t worry—our team is always happy to guide you.
We know that travel plans don’t always fit into fixed schedules—and neither should your pet’s stay.
That’s why we offer 24/7 check-in and check-out for our boarding guests.
Unlike many boarding facilities, we don’t believe in asking pets to stay longer simply because of fixed checkout timings. When you’re ready to reunite with your furry companion, we’re ready too.
We simply ask that you let us know your expected arrival or departure time in advance so we can prepare for a smooth handover.
To help us care for your dog just the way they do at home, please bring vaccination records, any prescribed medication with clear instructions, and details of any special dietary requirements or daily routines.
If your dog follows a specialised diet, you’re welcome to bring their own food. Otherwise, we’ll happily serve freshly prepared meals from our in-house pet kitchen, cooked daily using wholesome ingredients.
